The Saja Boys’ songs in KPop Demon Hunters are sung by five performers: Andrew Choi, Neckwav, Danny Chung, Kevin Woo and samUIL Lee. Netflix’s soundtrack guide credits all five on both “Soda Pop” and “Your Idol”.
The band’s five fictional members are Jinu, Abby, Romance, Mystery and Baby. Four of them have one person for the English speaking voice and another for the singing voice, which is why “who voices” and “who sings” searches turn up different names. Baby is the exception, with one performer named in both roles.

Members, English voices and singers
| Member | English dialogue | Singing voice |
|---|---|---|
| Jinu | Ahn Hyo-seop | Andrew Choi |
| Abby | SungWon Cho | Neckwav |
| Romance | Joel Kim Booster | samUIL Lee |
| Mystery | Alan Lee | Kevin Woo |
| Baby | Danny Chung | Danny Chung; soundtrack credit |
Each row follows that character’s official Netflix profile: Jinu, Abby, Romance, Mystery and Baby. Speaking credits are for the original English-language version; dubbed versions have their own voice casts.

Match the credit to the question
When someone asks who “plays” a Saja Boy, they might mean:
- The fictional member: an animated character in a demon boy band.
- The English speaking voice: the actor performing dialogue in the original version.
- The singing voice: the singer heard on the songs.
- A dubbed voice: a different cast for another language, not covered here.
Mixing these up is how one character ends up with “conflicting” names online. The credits don’t conflict; they describe different jobs.
Jinu: Ahn Hyo-seop speaks, Andrew Choi sings
Netflix’s profile names Ahn Hyo-seop as Jinu’s English voice and Andrew Choi as his singing voice. If you came here after hearing “Free”, Netflix’s soundtrack guide credits that duet to EJAE and Andrew Choi, not to Ahn Hyo-seop. The Jinu profile carries Netflix’s own warning for major plot details; we’ve left those out.

Abby: SungWon Cho speaks, Neckwav sings
Netflix calls Abby the band’s primary dancer. SungWon Cho provides his English voice and Neckwav his singing. A cast list and a soundtrack list can therefore give different names without either being wrong: they identify different contributions to the character.

Romance: Joel Kim Booster speaks, samUIL Lee sings
Netflix’s profile describes Romance as the band’s resident Casanova, voiced in English by Joel Kim Booster with samUIL Lee as the singing voice. The cast guide notes Booster voices Romance among several characters. Keep the performer’s spelling, samUIL Lee, when searching; music services sometimes normalise the capitals.

Mystery: Alan Lee speaks, Kevin Woo sings
Mystery is a backup singer whose long bangs hide his face, a design choice Netflix’s profile links to his mysterious image. Alan Lee voices him in English and Kevin Woo sings. “Backup singer” describes his role in the story; it doesn’t tell you how every harmony in a group recording is divided.

Baby: why Danny Chung is in both columns
Netflix’s Baby profile names Danny Chung as his English voice. The same profile lists Baby’s solo rap on “Soda Pop” among the character’s iconic scenes, and the soundtrack credits Danny Chung among the song’s five performers. Netflix’s soundtrack guide also says Chung voices Baby. Together those credits place Danny Chung on Baby’s dialogue and on his music.
Some quick-reference tables assume every member must have two different people and invent a second name for Baby, or give him a different speaking voice. We’ve followed Netflix’s own profile and soundtrack credits. Credits don’t have to be symmetrical.

Who made Soda Pop and Your Idol?
Both songs are performed by the same five singers listed above. The writing and production credits are different lists:
| Song | Written by | Produced by |
|---|---|---|
| Soda Pop | Vince, KUSH, Danny Chung, 24, DOMINSUK | 24, DOMINSUK, Ian Eisendrath |
| Your Idol | EJAE, Mark Sonnenblick, Vince, KUSH, 24, IDO | 24, IDO, Ian Eisendrath |
Two details stand out. Danny Chung both sings on “Soda Pop” and co-wrote it. And EJAE, the singing voice of HUNTR/X’s Rumi, is a writer on “Your Idol”. A writer credit doesn’t make someone a Saja Boy voice, and the group credit doesn’t give a line-by-line breakdown of who sings each phrase beyond what Netflix states.

Are the Saja Boys a real band?
They’re a fictional group in an animated film, performed by real singers and actors. The performers have careers beyond these characters, and an appearance by one of them doesn’t turn the five characters into a real touring lineup. HUNTR/X works the same way; our HUNTR/X voice guide maps its three members to their speaking and singing voices.

Checking a clip, cover or dub
First work out what you’re hearing: film dialogue, the original soundtrack, a dubbed version or a later cover. Then use the matching credit: the audio language’s cast list for a dub, the soundtrack credits for the original songs, and the uploader’s description for a cover.
